Our History
Founded by Mark Peters, Land Chex was created out of a passion for owning real estate. This love for land was something instilled from in him when he was just a boy. Originally from Michigan, Mark moved to Southern California almost half a decade ago. Since living in a big city, he yearned for the privacy, comfort, and peace that only comes with owning one’s property. Mark quickly turned that passion into a business, helping others find their own piece of property for their leisure and oasis from all the noise.
